Shipping Policy

1. Production Time
All artworks are made to order. Please allow a minimum of 2–3 weeks for production, framing, printing, and preparation for delivery from the date of deposit and final approval.
Larger or more complex orders may require additional time. We will always keep you informed of progress.

2. Delivery Options
We offer the following delivery options:

Direct delivery to site
Delivery to a business or agreed location
Personal delivery by Charlotte or a member of the team
Delivery with installation (where arranged)

Delivery details, including date and time, will be agreed in advance to suit your schedule.

3. Installation
If installation is required, this can be arranged at an additional cost. Artworks will be installed to the heights and positions specified by you or your design team.
Please ensure walls and surfaces are suitable for hanging before installation.

4. Packaging
All artworks go through a full quality control process before dispatch. Each piece is:

Carefully inspected
Wrapped in protective bubble wrap
Fitted with blue foam corner protectors
This ensures safe handling and transport

5. Delivery Charges
Delivery and installation costs will be quoted separately based on:

Location
Size and quantity of artworks
Access requirements
Installation needs

6. Delays
Delivery dates are estimates. While we aim to meet all agreed timeframes, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier or third-party services
Traffic or weather conditions
Site access restrictions
Unforeseen production issues

7. Damaged or Missing Items
If any items arrive damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide photographs of the packaging and the damaged artwork so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to lack of access, incorrect information, or no one being available to receive the items, additional delivery charges may apply.

9. International Shipping
International delivery may be available on request. Shipping times, costs, and any customs charges will be confirmed before the order is processed.
