Terms & Conditions
1. Quotations
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary after this period due to changes in material costs, specifications, or project scope.
2. Orders & Approval
An order is considered confirmed once written approval is received and the required deposit has been paid. It is the client’s responsibility to check all specifications, sizes, colours, and framing details before approval.
3. Payment Terms
A 60% deposit is required to begin production. The remaining 40% balance is due prior to or upon delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to withhold delivery or installation until full payment is received
4. Production Timeframes
Standard production time is approximately 2–3 weeks from deposit and final approval. This may vary depending on the size, quantity, or complexity of the order. Any changes to the order may affect delivery times.
5. Colour Matching
We take great care to colour match artwork as closely as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to differences in materials, printing processes, lighting conditions, and screen displays. These are not considered faults.
6. Bespoke & Custom Work
All bespoke or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun, unless faulty or damaged in transit.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation. After this time, deposits are non-refundable as materials and production may have commenced.
8. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather, access issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If delivery or installation is missed due to site access or scheduling issues, additional charges may apply.
9. Installation
Where installation is provided, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure walls and surfaces are suitable for hanging. We are not liable for damage caused by unsuitable wall conditions or hidden services.
10. Damage in Transit
All items are carefully packed and inspected before dispatch. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs provided as evidence.
11. Ownership
All goods remain the property of the company until full payment has been received.
12. Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, and creative concepts remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing. Reproduction or use without permission is prohibited.
13. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
